Objective
To harness my love of stories and storytelling to share the experiences of people around me, highlighting underrepresented voices and informing my community on the issues they care about.Currently, I am in the process of making a career switch from academic science to journalism. I would love to start with an internship or entry level position in a newsroom, to employ skills I have been developing in story identification, research, writing, and editing.
