Host weekly political show, “Politically Speaking”, that airs after “Meet the Press” on Sundays. Interview key leaders and lawmakers like Senator Padilla, members of San Diego’s congressional delegation, local Mayors, County Supervisors, City Council Members, Police Chiefs, School Board Presidents and more.

Responsible for “Eyewitness Wants to Know” investigative segment, looking into viewers’ complaints about unpaid wages, bad contractors, etc. Lead dayside reporter, 5 PM team became highest rated newscast in San Antonio for the first time in 20 years. Covered several national stories including Hurricane Harvey and the Sutherland Springs shooting. Received investigative reporting training with the I-team at KHOU and IRE training in Dallas.

Mobilized on orders in support of Exercise Cobra Gold in Thailand, Pacific Sentry in Pearl Harbor, and Northern Edge in Anchorage, AK.

Cohost a morning news show with Rain Pryor (Richard Pryor’s daughter) from 8 to 10 A.M. on Saturday and Sunday from New York City. Interview newsmakers, artists, musicians, entertainment icons, and more; moderate roundtables; and participate in food and exercise demonstrations. Work as Washington correspondent on the weekdays. Do liveshots from D.C. to anchors in London and New York City about the Obama administration, the economy, foreign policy, etc. Serve as a special correspondent covering major international stories. Spent six weeks in Nigeria covering the 2015 presidential elections and other enterprise stories. Spent several weeks in London serving as a fill in anchor.
