Crafted hard-hitting editorials and solicited guest columns for one of the largest student-run newspapers in the country, publishing a total of 52 opinion pieces over the course of four months. After the publication of critical columns, the University of Florida adjusted its COVID-19 testing approach to offer weekly testing and removed victim-blaming language in its timely warnings after sexual assaults. Prior to serving as opinions editor, I wrote a popular watchdog column covering student government at UF.
