- Awarded a grant from the Pulitzer Center for Crisis Reporting to spend 8 weeks in Kolkata, India reporting on the literary market as a microcosm of political and social changes in India. - Conducted interviews with booksellers, students, political leaders, professors, and customers, in both English and Bangla. - Produced a short documentary highlighting the culture of College Street in Kolkata in partnership with local reporting partners - Wrote a long-form piece, forthcoming for publication, that integrated both fieldwork, historical analysis, and broader contextual research to explain the intricate connection between literature and politics in India, specifically under the current government.

- Supervised the publication schedule, workflow, and content creation of 9 editors and 30+ writers, publishing at least 11 articles a week. - Wrote and distributed a newsletter 3 times a week to over 2500 subscribers, bringing in ad revenue. - Spearheaded website redesign for the first time in a decade, managing design, business, and editorial interests. - Strategized between copy, design, social media, and editorial teams to maintain audience engagement and expand brand awareness. - Elected to Executive Board At-Large Position where we decided broader legal and business issues for the company at large.

- Selected in the top 1 % of students for the prestigious Marks Writing Fellowship after a professor nomination. - Tutored peers at the Writing Center on a variety of writing assignments, from freshman-year reflection letters to a senior-year biology thesis. Worked 8 hours a week, receiving 100% positive reviews from over 50 appointments in one semester. - Assisted with lesson planning, hosted office hours, and led in-class workshops alongside a Critical Writing Seminar professor as a course-embedded tutor for a Craft of Prose Writing Seminar class.

Content Design Intern

- Wrote, designed, researched, and fact-checked the majority of content for Ancestry Pet DN A to communicate complex genetic testing to a lay audience, coordinating with the science, design, and legal teams. - Collaborated on company-wide content inclusivity guidelines and documentation that were published this summer, moving the guidelines to an interactive online platform. - Contributed copy to various projects across Ancestry’s platform, which required an in-depth understanding of genetic science as well as audience expectations. - Led meetings on ethical AI usage and created guidelines for future technological integration used as training materials.
