Job Seeker sign InThe Atlantic is seeking an ambitious and energetic talent booker to join the newsroom, reporting to a managing editor. This person will assist with securing and coordinating high-profile interviews and guest appearances across editorial platforms, including the print magazine, website, Book Club, podcasts, video, newsletters, and audience platforms. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, organized, nimble, persuasive, and collaborative, with a clear and proactive communication style, excellent diplomatic and research skills, and a strong understanding of journalistic standards. Booking experience is a plus, not a must.
Responsibilities may include:
Salary minimum: $77,000; Salary maximum: $85,000
This position is based in either New York or Los Angeles.
This is a Guild position.
